Vegetarian Leo Babauta talks with Paleo-fan Steve Kamb! Tune-in the LIVE event.

You want to eat healthier…But you don’t yet know how!

You have heard that vegetarianism is one way to be healthy. But wait, you have heard that about Paleo as well!

Yet, vegetarianism is all about NOT eating animals, while Paleo is all about meat – at least this is my impression. I am not an expert, I may be wrong.

Vegetables

Vegetables from my family's garden. I am pretty sure both the vegetarian and the paleo diet include them!

So how do you go about this? How do you decide what to do?

Join vegetarian leo babauta of zen habits & paleo fan steve kamb of nerd fitness in a talk about vegetarianism & paleo diet.

The live Vegetarian or Paleo discussion will take place on Wednesday June 6th at 1 p.m. PST.

Drop in your e-mail below and you will get the call-in info!

(Don’t worry if you cannot make it on the live call – If you have signed up you will get the recording a few days after the live talk).

WED JUNE 6TH UPDATE: The call just ended and it was amazing! Leo & Steve talked about why they chose each diet, and gave tips on how you too can start eating healthier.

If you didn’t make it on the call, the no worries. Just sign-up on the form above and you will get the recording in the following days.

About the guests:

Leo Babauta is a modern minimalist. He is a guy who went from being overweight, a smoker, and a non-exerciser, to a healthy vegetarian, non-smoking, exercise fan! Oh, and he meditates too. And learned to floss his teeth. Wondering how he did it? By re-engineering his habits…His journey is documented in his super famous blog zenhabits.net. Make sure to look back to the 2007 archives. They are worth it!

Steve Kamb is probably the most successful disorganized person I have ever met. This guy has really mastered “going with the flow”. Oh, and he is an everyday hero, always looking for new adventures. In the last 1.5 years he went on quests to over 15 countries (and made sure he exercised in each one of them). He blogs at nerfitness.com, which is exactly what it sounds like. If you are a gamer, if you want to be (or feel like) a hero, and level up your fitness, then Steve’s posts will amaze you.
