Welcome! I am Maria Brilaki, the founder of Fitness Reloaded.

I help people who wish they lived healthier actually make that happen, by giving them education and technological tools to create systems in their lives that will help them succeed in creating new healthier habits.

Translation?

I am here to help you look and feel your best.

You see, many of us wish we lived healthier, yet few of us take the steps to make that happen like exercising more or eating right. Since we don’t follow through with what we want to do, we feel guilty and bad with ourselves. At the same time, we don’t know what else to do, because we have already tried many different approaches but got scarce results. We feel stuck. Guilty. Helpless. And our body feels rusted.

I will help you build those habits, but not in the way you are used to. I won’t whip you or pressure you. I will help you claim your dreams through ease & gentleness. And yes, you will get results that are beyond your imagination!

Maria Brilaki is a Stanford Engineering graduate, an MBA, author, and ACE certified personal trainer. She’s the founder of the website you are reading right now. She lives in both San Francisco Bay Area and Greece.

Maria combines her engineering systems thinking with her passion for a life with integrity, happiness, self-confidence, and radiance! The result? She is a healthy habits engineer.

Except for a passion in collecting academic…degrees and habit design, Maria’s interests include: Hanging out with friends in beautiful beaches, sunbathing, swimming in beautiful beaches, reading books, and the Lord of the Rings.
