Since we don’t follow through with what we want to do, we feel guilty and bad with ourselves. At the same time, we don’t know what else to do, because we have already tried many different approaches but got scarce results. We feel stuck. Guilty. Helpless. And our body feels rusted.

I will help you build those habits, but not in the way you are used to. I won’t whip you or pressure you. I will help you claim your dreams through ease & gentleness. And yes, you will get results that are beyond your imagination!

Maria combines her engineering systems thinking with her passion for a life with integrity, happiness, self-confidence, and radiance! The result? She is a healthy habits engineer.
Except for a passion in collecting academic…degrees and habit design, Maria’s interests include: Hanging out with friends in beautiful beaches, sunbathing, swimming in beautiful beaches, reading books, and the Lord of the Rings.
